dial suction control. Controls range from 200
watts to 1200 watts.
The new low noise Vortex Motor System is
developed and produced in the Miele factories in
Germany. A real power pack with 1200-watt
performance, it is designed for optimal power

performance with superior dust intake.
Despite the impressive power of the Miele Quartz's
high-output motor, this vacuum cleaner is
remarkably quiet. The Miele Quartz's

Miele's exclusive 12-stage AirClean Sealed System
construction features Miele's Air Clean filter
that retains 99.95% of particles down to 0.5 of a
micron and 94% of particles down to 0.3 of a micron.
The filter lasts as long as four dustbags.
Active AirClean and Active HEPA filters also may be
used.
The 3.7 quart AirClean dustbag provides
additional filtration and features a self-closing
collar that automatically seals the bag as
soon as the dust compartment lid is opened.
The Miele Quartz vacuum cleaner also includes a
natural bristle dusting brush, upholstery nozzle and
a crevice tool.
Other standard features include an impressive
33-foot operating radius, stainless steel telescopic
wand, one-touch automatic cord rewind, safety
shut-off to prevent overheating, dustbag change
indicator and space-saving storage bracket on side
